Digital Audio Court & Deposition Reporting All digital electronic audio court reporting services provided according to the FRCP and Virginia Code- 8.01-412.2 & 8.01-412.4. Virginia notarized audio documents provided on CD-ROM for filing & courtroom playback. Rates are hourly, with a 2 hour daily minimum. Transcription to text available. Transcripts should be in ASCII or e-tran format, page and line numbered. Please send transcripts to our dropbox here…. In the message box, please note the deposition caption. Video Depositions Deposition rates are on a 3 hour minimum daily fee- additional hours at an hourly rate. All depos are recorded to DVD and simultaneously to HDD for back-up security. The minimum rate includes all charges (including one DVD copy for the noticing attorney). Court room playback services available. Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) by the NCRA.
