Scheduling

  All time is reserved for Litigation Support Services. Please email your service needs, including the following information so we can make sure your requirements are met:


  • Date & time of services (depo or Courtroom) needed.

  • Location.  Please send the street address, room number, building name, & location phone number if available.

  • Anticipated length of time for service--1 hr, 3hrs, all day?  Please estimate accurately.

  • Any additional equipment needs or expedited service needs.


Please send the above information along with the deposition notice to production@legal-it.us.


  All services are considered "CONFIRMED" when scheduled.  Please notify Legal I.T. ASAP if scheduling changes.

Cancellations/No-Shows

  Please notify Legal I.T. at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations to avoid the daily minimum fee.  Events cancelled because of no-show attorneys or witnesses will incur the minimum daily fee.

Payment Terms

  All established accounts are due on receipt. New accounts (in-state only) are on a COD basis.  All out-of-state clients are on a COD basis only (a deposit of the minimum daily fee may be required). In-state, established accounts on a 30 day net basis.


Video/text sync services are pre-paid only, check or PayPal.


Credit/debit card & e-check payments can be made using PayPal without a PayPal account. 

Legal IT will send your invoice by e-mail through PayPal, along with payment information and instructions for making your on-line payment.  Its

a simple, fast, and secure process.


Liability

  Legal I.T. shall not be liable for expenses or damages beyond Legal I.T. fees for services for any reason.
