Electronic Audio Deposition Reporting Technologies, Procedures, & Rules

Legal IT Electronic Court Reporters utilize digital audio recording notebook computers.  All depositions are recorded with two independent system recorders for back-up security, insuring the complete testimony is preserved.

Multiple individual microphones, including lavalier, PZM, and shotgun, are available to adapt to various locations & provide clean sound for recording & transcription.

Transcription of digital recordings--either audio or video--is performed by certified legal transcribers to verbatim standards.  All transcripts are provided to the client via e-mail in MS Word ASCII digital format, in Federal Court guidelines. This allows the attorney to print multiple copies at their convenience.  Transcripts are invoiced electronically.
